Studentischer Wettbewerb „ GlasDrachenSiedlung “

Konzept :

Im Zuge eines studentischen Wettbewerbes entstand dieses Projekt im Grazer Stadtraum als Version einer hochverdichteten Wohn- und Geschäftsbebauung. Leitgedanke hierbei war es die kommerzielle Büro- und Geschäftszone wie einen schützenden "Glasdrachen" vor die Wohnbebauung zu bauen, um sozusagen im Getümmel des lauten Stadtraumes ein schützendes Nest auszubilden.

Mit diesem Entwurf konnten wir bei diesem Wettbewerb den 1. Platz erzielen.

Student Competition " GlassDragonSettlement "

Subject : High-density residential and commercial development

Location : Graz, Austria

Concept :

In the course of a student competition, this project was developed in the urban space of Graz as a version of a high-density residential and commercial development. The guiding idea was to build the commercial office and business zone like a protective "glass dragon" in front of the residential buildings in order to form a protective nest, so to speak, in the hustle and bustle of the noisy urban space.

With this design we were able to achieve 1st place in this competition.
