Errichtung eines Einfamilienhauses in Hanglage in Gusterath (DE); der Entwurf basiert auf einer möglichst offenen und durchgängigen Raumstruktur;  aufgrund des Ausblicks wurden die Schlafräume ins Untergeschoss und die Wohnräume ins Obergeschoss verlagert; ein zentraler Versorgungskern beinhaltet Nasszellen und Lagerräume und erleichtert die Leitungsführung der haustechnischen Anlagen;

Construction of a single-family house on a slope in Gusterath (DE); the design is based on a spatial structure that is as open and continuous as possible; due to the view, the bedrooms were relocated to the basement and the living rooms to the upper floor; a central supply core contains wet cells and storage rooms and facilitates the routing of the building services;
